Financial Management comprises three key areas to support the university's activities.
Business Analytics
Business Analytics serves the university community in the advancement of departmental objectives and university strategic initiatives, with a focus on the design, implementation, and support of new reporting capabilities.
Business & Operational Planning
This team focuses on proposals for improvements, project teams to implement process changes, new practices, and/or policy adjustments while promoting a continuously more efficient and effective financial and administrative environment.
Business Practices & Fiscal Training
This team develops and implements departmental improvement programs. This includes training programs and tools to promote effective and compliant execution of process, procedures, and policies.
